Shipping Policy

All Buttercup by Textilis items are handmade to order with care. Please allow 1 to 4 weeks for production before your order ships.

Processing Time. Orders are typically processed and ready to ship within 6 to 28 days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods & Rates. We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Domestic Shipping (US)

• Standard shipping: 3-7 days.
• Expedited shipping: 2-3 days (if offered)

International Shipping: At this time, we do not ship internationally. (Remove if not applicable.)

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package appears lost, please contact us at textilishouse@gmail.com, and we'll do our best to help.
